Shivani Kher is a Partner with the Firm, with practice concentration in Dispute Resolution, Corporate as well as Commercial laws. She advises both domestic as well as foreign clients and her areas of practice includes corporate and commercial laws, real estate and property, infrastructure and construction projects, etc.
Ms. Kher’s practice includes drafting and vetting of contracts and corporate transactional documents, legal advisory and opinions, due diligence, negotiation of deals pertaining to commercial contracts on behalf of the clients, strategizing the available legal recourse – both civil as well as criminal, representation before the concerned authorities, courts, forums and tribunals including before the arbitrators, mediators, etc. She has been involved in both domestic as well as international arbitrations. Her legal advisory in terms of Dispute Resolution involves both civil as well as criminal law.
She has helped various clients in successfully closing commercial transactions, more particularly in the fields of real estate and infrastructure. She has been involved in day-to-day advisory with regard to the challenges faced by companies with respect to employment and human resource related issues, commercial contracts, contractual disputes and resolution thereof. She has been providing end-to-end legal advice and assistance to most of the clients with respect to commercial transactions, right from preempting disputes by legally vetting commercial contracts to resolution of disputes arising therefrom, more particularly by way of alternate dispute resolution mechanisms.
