The Firm can provide assistance in developing policies, obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from Pollution Control Boards (both Central and State) under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, minimizing the risk of damage to their corporate reputation by helping them establish a name for responsible environmental stewardship. • Advising manufacturing companies with regard to obtaining approvals, permissions and permits to set up their units, including various consents, clearances, various compliances, etc. and
• Protecting clients from potential environmental risks by negotiating, drafting and vetting contracts.
