He is well versed in laws relating to Real Estate and Construction, Land Acquisition, Rent Disputes, Labour Disputes, Motor Accident Disputes, Property Disputes, matrimonial disputes and criminal cases. His areas of specialization largely include Writs, Civil Procedure Code, Transfer of Property Act, Contract Act, Rent Control Act, Hindu Law, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Land Acquisition Act, consumer complaints, Negotiable Instrument Act, Criminal procedure code and Indian Penal code. He is actively involved in civil and criminal law practice and advises numerous Indian and foreign clients on diverse matters.
He appears before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, Hon'ble High Courts of Delhi, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab & Haryana, Central Administrative Tribunal, District Courts of different states including Delhi, Haryana, Utter Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttaranchal etc., Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT).
