Mr. Ravi graduated from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, India in 2005. He provides legal services on plethora of matters to various sectors/entities including but not limited to IT, ITES, Aviation, FMCG, Real Estate, Infrastructure, E-Commerce, BFSI, NBFC, Manufacturing, Health, Hospitality, Education, Telecom, Media, Societies etc.
He handles the firm’s corporate legal advisory and currently provides advisory on acquisitions, finance, foreign investment, restructuring, private equity, joint ventures, employment laws, data privacy, projects and debt finance.
Mr. Ravi has worked on transactions pertaining to foreign investment / venture capital related issues. He has also been supporting clients by assisting them in corporate governance implementation, building awareness of legal risk exposure. Apart from corporate and commercial law he also provides services related to transaction modeling, secretarial compliance, labour law advisory, general legal advisory, pre emptive legal support, drafting & negotiation of contracts.

- Advisory to a leading airport ground handling agency on regular matters including real estate, labour and employment, litigation and other support.
- Advised a leading e-commerce player in apparel and textile regrading end-to end advisory.
- Represented the target in acquisition by a US sanitaryware entity.
- Acted for a European Fruit processing company in its acquisition of a Pune based fruit processing company.
- Represented a consortium of banks in project financing.
- Represented a French certification company in acquisition of two Indian subsidiaries of a Belgian parent.
- Represented an Indian NBFC in providing financing to multiple entities.
- Providing support to a big four consultancy on real estate and labour and employment matters.
- Support to a German headquartered fragrance brand in leasing out space in Gurgaon which due diligence and lease and maintenance negotiation.
- Advisory to a well known educational institution on multifarious issues including real estate, employment and labour, applicable regulations.
